No I have not mixed up my albums but every green space of Toronto and suburbs was filled with tulips in all possible colors!

Day 1- 8.05.2006

We arrived at Toronto around 4 pm local time and set ourselves to a nap until 7pm in order to adjust our "biological clock".

The first thing one encounters upon entering the city, is the 553-meter tall CN tower which dominates the southeast part of the city.

Skycrapers coexist with older (short) buildings, standing somewhat protectively over their short "brothers".

Dundas square provided the starting point of our explorations.

Toronto's Old Town Hall

By the end of the day, we set to visit the CN Tower

On the way, we encountered this building, which is some kind of music Hall.

Day 4- 11.05.2006

It was raining all day today. We only went out in the evening, to attend the conference dinner at the Museum of Sciences.
Rainy cityscapes....

Science Museum-Electricity demonstration

The "mad scientist" (buahahah!) is asking for volunteers!

This is not a lightsaber, it was lit through air-induction!

It is not so clear in the pic, but the guy's hair was up in the air, standing! The "scientist" is holding a mirror for the other subject to see the results (hair up too!)

More hair up!

Πανσέληνος;

Full moon?

As a farewell gift to ourselves, we opted to see the rmake of "Poseidon" in IMAX. Quite adrenalin-pumping and veeery dizzying in IMAX format!
